About Secure in Christ

Secure in Christ exists to encourage Christians to think deeply about their faith, take Scripture seriously, and find their rest in Christ.

We write about Scripture, theology, Christian living, and the questions that come up when we take our faith seriously. Our aim isn’t to chase controversy or offer easy answers, but to slow down, look carefully at what the Bible actually says, and consider what it means for us as followers of Christ.

What we publish

We publish essays and reflections on Scripture, Christian doctrine, discipleship, and the life of faith. Some explore difficult or commonly misunderstood passages of the Bible. Others consider questions Christians have wrestled with for generations.

Whatever the subject, our hope is that each piece points us back to Christ and helps us know Him more deeply.

Why Secure in Christ?

It’s easy to place our confidence in the wrong things: our own goodness, knowledge, accomplishments, or religious activity. But our hope isn’t found in what we can do for Christ. It is found in Christ Himself.

That’s the heart of Secure in Christ: to look beyond ourselves and our own efforts, and to find our rest and confidence in Jesus.
